Dx27 Cluster (German Locale)

Hi all,

I have added a german locale to the cluster using google translate.
This is not ideal, and will have a few mistakes,

If anyone has time ( and speaks english and German) , maybe you could look over the pages and point out and corrections i need to make,

I have also added a new drop down list to view each different language,
